Production Assistant
Lighthouse TV is looking for a production assistant for our Harrisburg, PA studio. The Production Assistant supports all live and recorded product destined for over the air and web distribution. The PA Provides full studio and control room support.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to converse with a diverse group of guests with a faith-based perspective.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
Responsibilities:

The Production Assistants duties are focused on delivering visual productions for TV and web.
- Your work supports live and recorded programming with attention to audio and video needs
- You will operate in all technical aspects of production including lights, cameras and graphics to support the producer/director vision
- Adjusts positions and controls of cameras to change focus, exposure and lighting
- Collaborates with producer, director and other crew members to discuss desired effects
- Sets up studio and field cameras and related equipment
- Capable of Field Recording interviews and editing to final product
- Greet guests daily and support makeup prep as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
