Connecting Through Prayer

Prayer is an integral part of the Christian faith. Through the power of prayer, we can connect with God, express our gratitude, ask for forgiveness, and seek guidance. Prayer strengthens our faith and brings us closer to God. It’s a crucial aspect of our spiritual life that we often overlook or can easily take for granted.

As Christians, we are commanded to pray. In Matthew 6:9, Jesus says, “This, then, is how you should pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name…” The Lord’s Prayer that Jesus taught his disciples is a prime example of how we should pray. In Philippians 4:6, Paul also advises us to pray, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

Life can be challenging, and we all go through difficult times. Prayer is a lifeline that can help us get through tough times. In Matthew 7:7, Jesus says, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” We should not be afraid to ask God for help or guidance. We can also pray for others going through hard times or need encouragement.

At Lighthouse TV we believe in prayer. It’s a critical part of our ministry. Prayer is our connection to God where we hear His voice and His will is done. God has provided for us, and we hope that the content we broadcast helps you draw nearer to God and strengthen your faith in the finished work of His son Jesus Christ. Please pray for the ministry as we seek to glorify our Lord through our programming.

We encourage you to reach out and let us know how we can pray for you and/or your ministry. Call us at 610-434-8200 or email your prayer request to: prayer@lighthousetv.org.
